Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Products: We accept returns for products that are delivered damaged or with manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

Return Authorisation: To initiate a return, please login on the website and raise a return request. Our team will assess the situation and provide further instructions on returning the product.

Discretionary Consideration: Requests for returns made after 48 hours of delivery for products damaged during transit will not be be considered.

Unpacking Responsibility: Please note that any damages incurred while unpacking the product by the receiver shall not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
